Here are some tips from my notebook on the narrative craft! Like if you find it useful (:

Significant destails are fundemntal for narratives. You’re reading about a time and place you’ve never been, what do you do when you travel? Observe. Introduce characters and setting with sig. detail. Tension comes from 2 places: uncertainty & conflict. This is drama. Image is powerful, avoid tedious convos and flowery scenery. Conflict is fundemental – put your hero among the damned. Crisis, conflict, and resolution. When does your story reach closure? Be aware that the story has body, shape, it has a structure. There involves danger with desire. Take the best drama on TV, Breaking Bad’s Walter White. Masterful storytelling.”
